My diary fills up quickly, particularly for Saturdays during peak wedding season, so I always recommend getting in touch as soon as you’ve secured your venue.
Simply complete my enquiry form with your wedding date and venue, and I’ll confirm my availability as soon as possible. If I’m available, I’ll send you a personalised quotation and invite you to a relaxed Zoom call, where we can chat through your plans, answer any questions and make sure I’m the right fit for your celebration.
Your date is secured once your booking fee has been received and your booking is confirmed.
I’m based on the Isle of Wight and regularly perform across Hampshire and the South Coast. Whether you’re planning a wedding, private party or corporate event, I’m happy to travel throughout the UK.

From our first conversation through to the final song, my focus is on making the experience straightforward, enjoyable and completely tailored to your celebration.
As soon as you’ve secured your venue. Popular dates, particularly Saturdays during the spring and summer, are often booked well in advance. I’m currently taking bookings for 2027 (limited availability now) 2028, with my diary also open for 2029.

Yes. When you book me, you’re booking me. I don’t operate a multi-op company or subcontract weddings to other DJs, so the person you speak to throughout the planning process will be the same person performing on your wedding day.
Absolutely. I’m available for destination weddings throughout the UK and overseas, with every celebration planned around your location, venue and requirements.

Once your booking is confirmed, I’ll send over your booking confirmation, contract and invoice. You’ll also receive access to your online planning portal, allowing you to manage your music, share important details and keep everything organised in one place.
Closer to your event, we’ll arrange a Zoom or telephone call to run through everything together, ensuring you’re completely happy before the day arrives.
Of course. You’ll have access to an online planning portal where you can add your favourite songs, choose music for key moments and let me know any songs or genres you’d rather avoid.
Your playlist provides the foundation for the celebration, with every track carefully mixed and adapted throughout the event to suit the atmosphere and keep your guests dancing.
Absolutely. Every booking includes access to a dedicated Guest Song Request Portal, which can be shared with your guests using a personalised QR code or accessed directly through my website.
As requests come in, you’ll be able to view every submission and decide how you’d like me to use them. Simply categorise each song as Must Play, Play If Possible, Play If Requested on the Night, Do Not Play, or remove it altogether.
It’s a simple way to involve your guests while ensuring you remain in complete control of the soundtrack for your celebration.
Yes, although every request is balanced with the atmosphere on the dance floor and the preferences you’ve shared with me beforehand.
I’ll never play a song that’s on your Do Not Play list, and if a request doesn’t suit the style or direction of your celebration, I’ll use my judgement to keep the music flowing naturally.
Yes. You’ll be able to add any songs, artists or genres you’d rather not hear using your online planning portal.
Your Do Not Play list always takes priority, so even if a guest requests one of those songs during the event, it won’t be played.
Yes. As part of the planning process, we’ll discuss the running order of your celebration and the timings for any key moments.

Where possible, I always aim to set up in the morning before your wedding begins, allowing everything to be in place well before your guests arrive.
If your venue requires a room turnaround, I’ll work closely with the venue team to agree the best setup time, ensuring everything is installed efficiently and ready for your evening celebration with minimal disruption.
Every venue is different, so your arrival time will always be planned in advance as part of the preparation process.
Most setups take around 90 minutes to complete.
I’ll always schedule enough time to install, test and prepare everything before your celebration begins. If your venue has specific access times or requires a room turnaround, I’ll work closely with the venue to ensure everything runs smoothly.
I provide all of the professional sound, lighting and DJ equipment needed for your celebration.
Every setup is tailored to your venue and guest numbers, ensuring the right balance of sound, lighting and presentation while keeping the overall look clean and unobtrusive.
Absolutely. Professional lighting is included with every booking and is tailored to suit your venue, guest numbers and the atmosphere you’re looking to create.
If you’re looking for something extra, additional lighting, uplighting and special effects can also be added to enhance your celebration.
Absolutely. Wireless microphones are included with my Afternoon Wedding DJ and All Day Wedding DJ packages, giving you everything you need for speeches, announcements and other important moments.
If you’ve booked an Evening Wedding DJ package, a dedicated speaker and wireless microphone hire package is also available, allowing you to include speeches or announcements before the evening celebrations begin.
Absolutely. I’m happy to make announcements, introduce key moments and help guide your guests throughout the celebration where required.
I’ll work closely with your venue and other suppliers to ensure everything runs to plan, allowing you to relax and enjoy your day.
Absolutely. Ceremony music is included with my All Day Wedding DJ package, providing professional sound and carefully timed music for every part of your ceremony.

It’s not uncommon for timings to change during a wedding day.
I’ll liaise with your venue and other suppliers, adapting the schedule where necessary to ensure everything continues to run as smoothly as possible. With careful planning and clear communication, most changes can be managed without affecting the overall flow of your celebration.
Absolutely. Every wedding is different, and I’ll adjust the volume throughout the evening to suit the atmosphere, your venue and your guests. Whether it’s lower during quieter moments or full dance floor energy later in the night, the music will always be at an appropriate level.
I believe every detail matters – including how I present myself.
I’ll always arrive dressed smartly and professionally, ensuring I complement the style of your celebration and blend seamlessly with your other wedding suppliers.
If you have a particular dress code or theme, I’m always happy to accommodate it wherever possible.
A 25% booking fee secures your date.
Once received, your booking will be confirmed, your contract issued and you’ll gain access to your online planning portal. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event, giving you plenty of time to finalise the details of your celebration.

Payment is accepted by BACS bank transfer.
Your booking fee and final balance can both be paid directly using the bank details provided on your invoice.
Yes. I understand that plans can evolve as your event approaches.
If you’d like to update your booking, amend your timings or add additional services, simply get in touch. Wherever possible, I’ll be happy to make the necessary changes and confirm everything with you in advance.
If your event needs to be postponed, simply get in touch as soon as possible.
Subject to availability, I’ll happily transfer your booking to your new date and update your booking accordingly. If I’m unavailable on the new date, I’ll discuss the available options with you in line with my booking terms.
I understand that circumstances can change. If you need to cancel your booking, please contact me as soon as possible.
Full details of my cancellation policy are included within your booking agreement and Terms & Conditions, so you’ll always know exactly where you stand before booking.
Yes. If you’d like to add additional services after booking, just let me know.
Where availability allows, I’ll be happy to update your booking and send over a revised confirmation, making it easy to tailor your package as your plans evolve.
Absolutely. I hold £10 million Public Liability Insurance, and I’m happy to provide proof of cover should your venue require it.
It’s all part of ensuring every event is delivered professionally and with complete peace of mind.
Yes. All of my equipment is PAT tested, regularly maintained and thoroughly checked before every event to ensure it’s safe, reliable and performing at its best.
PAT certificates can be provided on request should your venue require them.
Absolutely. Reliability is incredibly important, which is why I carry backup equipment for all essential elements of my setup.
From spare cables and microphones to backup playback equipment, every event is planned with contingency in mind, helping ensure your celebration continues without interruption should the unexpected occur.
While it’s something I’ve thankfully never experienced, I understand how important it is to have a contingency plan.
In the unlikely event that I’m unable to perform, I’ll do everything possible to source a professional replacement from my trusted network of experienced DJs. If this isn’t possible, any payments made will be refunded in line with my booking agreement.
