Peter & Caris' Wedding
Pete and Caris first reached out to me in 2018 to begin planning their Wedding Reception for July 2019. From the outset, it was clear they were a truly special couple — warm, thoughtful, and full of joy. Their day quickly became one of the standout highlights of my 2019 calendar.
We met at their elegant venue, Weston Manor, in June for a detailed walk-through, where we discussed the layout, soft white colour palette, and discreet placement of the Ceremony speaker to ensure a seamless and elegant experience.
The celebration took place in a breathtaking white marquee, complete with rustic bench seating, a sparkling starlit dance floor, and enchanting fairy lights that created a truly magical atmosphere. Caris had a clear vision of maintaining a pure white aesthetic throughout, so I programmed the lighting to subtly evolve into a sophisticated nightclub ambiance as the evening unfolded — all while preserving that delicate elegance.
In addition to curating the evening’s entertainment, I provided atmospheric mood lighting around the dance floor, a hidden Ceremony speaker tucked neatly behind flowing white drapes, and professional wireless microphones for both the speeches and some stunning live performances.
